PSYPACT: Telehealth Across State Lines

If you don’t live in Texas, that doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t work together.

Through PSYPACT, the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, I’m authorized to see clients via telehealth in more than 40 participating states without needing a separate license in each one. If you’re a former client who’s moved, or someone in another state who found me and wondered whether geography would get in the way, the short answer is that it might not.

The states currently covered by PSYPACT include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If your state is on that list, reach out and we can talk about whether it makes sense to work together. If you’re not sure, reach out anyway. It’s worth a quick check.
